Rosemary’s career in Real Estate started in 1990 as a salesperson with Philcox & Steevens, until she married and left the area. She returned in 1994 to Philcox & Steevens First National as Office Administrator, and over the years her roles were customer service, administration, property management, office manager, and salesperson.
In 2013 Rosemary wanted to experience new ventures, and she left Waihi Beach to travel which also took her to Australia for a short time. Rosemary returned home to Waihi Beach 2015 and re-joined the team at First National as a licensed salesperson. She brings to this role her wealth of knowledge and experience she has gained in her years in the Real Estate Industry. Since her return has gained national awards every year.
Rosemary enjoys helping both owners and buyers in achieving their desires and their desired outcomes. She brings to the role knowledge, empathy, compassion, and support helping them reach the best outcomes as they go through their real estate journey.
