This 2 bedroom with sleep out sunny house has everything you need for a holiday, 1 queen bed, 1 double duo bunk set, and 2 sets of bunks in the sleep out and an extra couple of single beds just in case. Partially fenced, chattels include TV, video, BBQ, outdoor furniture, outdoor shower, Fridge/freezer, oven and microwave. Bathroom/laundry with shower and toilet, washing machine. Car parking for 2 cars (not on shared driveway please).
Compulsory cleaning fee of $80 on this property.
FYI:
Please allow a minimum of 5 working days prior to any booking.There is a $59 admin fee and a security bond of $400, which is refunded after the tenancy provided the premises is left clean, tidy and undamaged. We also require 50% of the rent up front to secure your booking unless the booking is within the next 60 days then the full amount is due immediately.
